Why I getting Fat-ter?

Omg, Why am I getting fat nowadays? I wonder why even I jog every evening + having my athletics training as well.

Izit, my consumption on foods are too much or I did not take care of my diet?

I really don't want to get fat at the moment but what can I see was, my stomach getting bigger.. hahaha... but of course still got 4 pack of muscles.

Maybe that is my own perception la... According to my friends, I was very thin, It is true, but maybe because of my small size, but my stomach seem....... increasing...........

I really scare now........................

F1 Michael Schumacher is Back

Everyone should still remember this person? He is the greatest ever F1 driver who had return from his retirement on 2006.

He will be back with the Ferrari on the next race, in Spain. This is because, Felipe Massa who had a accident on last race was unable to continue with all the race this season.

This would be interesting as many such as me, was a F1 friends who like Michael Schumacher very much..

So, everyone, don't miss the next race.. Stay and support our F1 legend....

H1N1

Today, already few university and colleges were told to stop their activities..
From the last two day, UiTM were the 1st, follow by UUM, then, UPM, yesterday was USM, and today I was told that UPSI were the latest local university which requested by the Higher Education Department to take a 1 week break..

Do this effective to cure the virus? or this is just the precaution method? How do the University authorities this about this? Do all the students in the University need to leave? But the problem is not all the students from local.. I am meaning that, for example, UPM, were ask to close and all the students are requested to leave their colleges, but how about students that not from KL? such as from West Malaysia? Does it very wasted if they require to buy a round trip ticket back to their home... Are the authorities think about this?? Few hundred dollar will be burn just because the students are requested to leave their colleges.

Why Facebook?

I just want to share my experience with all the reader in my blog.. This is just my own opinion....
For me, Facebook is quite interesting eventough I was just coming into the world of Facebook...

In the facebook, we all can chat, post comment, replay comment as well as playing games.

For my self, I use facebook to relax myself, as well as posting some topic regarding my coursemates which it is very fun because all of us use it as one of the ways to chat....

Besides that, by posting and replying a topic, it actually relax my mind by having fun of all the topic posted by my group/friends.

Sometimes, I feel very lonely at my room and take a time off to post comment when I feel very bored while reading book.

So, I hope you all can also enjoy facebook as well as use it to relax and enjoy it !!

Fitness Test

2day, myself and my group has a fitness test which we need to run 2.5km under 10minutes?

Can you all imagine how it was? The test was conducted at 4.30pm at Sports Complex under the hot sun...

The weather was dammmmm HOT and all of us were "Terpaksa" run...

Luckily, myself was not fainted and manage to finish the run in no 3rd.. ahaha.. The winner was timed 7.52 minutes, runner up was 8.30minutes and I ended the run at 8.52minutes. Not bad le...

Our time was the best one and eventually it also beat all the football players who also run which their best time is 9.11minutes.

Excellence Awards Day

Time flies without wings.
How I wish that time has broken wings sometimes, though it will never happen as time does not have wings like birds that fly so freely in the sky.

Five years ago, I stood on the stage to receive the "Best Student Award" in my alma mater, SMK Vivekananda which is located in the heart of the city, Kuala Lumpur.

As I was standing in front of everyone, my heart beated so fast in the speed of light. Needless to say, I have to thank all my teachers who nurtured me in my secondary school life to be the Alex Ng who you know today.

This year, my Sister is the Best Student in 2009!
Brother and sister are the best students! How cool is that? :D

Time passes fleetingly without saying goodbyes to humans.

As the saying goes, procrastination is the thief of time. Do not waste our time as time is gold. One of my teachers used to say, time is life.

One second,
one minute,
one hour,
one day,
one week,
one month,
one year!

POOF!
We're getting older
each moment without us knowing!

Do not be scare to do something good in life! And appreciate the people around us! Do not take things for granted as some things will never happen twice. Time will never go backward like how we reverse our cars.

Just do it! *promoting for Nike* Haha.

H1N1

A latest news regarding H1N1, according to "The Star" when I read this morning, University Utara Malaysia (UUM) in Sintok Kedah, was asked to cancel all the classes as well as all the activity due to this disease.

They were given a 1 week off from all the activity and the students can be either going back home or choose to stay at the campus.

Of course one thing in my mind when I was reading this article.. haha...

You all sure know right?

hahahaha.... when will be Unimas going to be off due to this disease!!!

Tiring Training Session Yesterday

Yesterday, I was going through one of the most tiring training session on this new semester..

We went to the training venue by Unimas Bus even though the number runner was below 10 person.

We started our training at 8.30am at Stadium Kota Samarahan and finish at 10.30am.

At first we go for warming up, stretching as well as some Drilling. After that, we all going to do the recovering test which we need to run 400m,600m and 800m for 2 set.

After that, most of us were very tiring but Bryan and Alexander did very well on that, congrats to them, their hard work has paid off.. Hopefully they can get some Medal for Unimas for the coming competition.

Nation's first H1N1 Related Death

Malaysia had it first H1N1 death on yesterday. According to the reporter, the patient was a Indonesian student who study in Malaysia.

The student was back to Indonesia for Holiday on July 5 and was reported to having mild fever+cough.

He was fainted while waiting for his turn for medication and were given an emergency treatment but unfortunately, he passed away. A post mortem was carried and the results show that the patient was obese, had pneumonia, heart and liver disease.

They were still waiting for the second test to confirm the cause of the death.

Studies or Sports?

In my opinion, both also very important for a student as studies or learning is for one person to become a better person in the future, well educated as well as better career but sport also has the important as it can be use to relax a person mind, reduce stress such as Swimming as well as for a healthy lifestyle.

Malaysia Vs Man. United 2nd Match

In the 2nd friendly match, the turnout was only around 40,000 compare to 85,000 full house in the first match. However, there was still a lot of United fanatic supporter who turning up.

In the match, United win the match by two early goal by Macheda and Owen who score in the 11th and 13th minutes into the game.

Anyway, Well Done to the Young Malaysia Team who managed to hold United into a small margin of defeat.. and Congratulate to the coach, Mr. K. Rajagopal for the good job. Well DONE.

MJ is Murder !!

Los Angeles: MJ case is now classifieds as Murder Case according to the news yesterday.

MJ nearest family member has been mentioning that he was being given an over dose of injection.

According to the expert auto-psi, MJ body was found havent a large sum of pain killer called "Diprivan"

They also found that there were a lot of injection all over his body.

Friends !!

It is amazing when strangers become our friends, but it is sad when friends become strangers.

I never want to lose you as a friend ! I meet you as a stranger.

Malaysia Vs Man. United

On 18 July 2oo9, at 5.30 pm.. the location of the match was in St. Bukit Jalil in Kuala Lumpur.

There are a football match between Man. United against our Malaysia Football team... Do you all know what is the full time score..

United, was leading in the 9th minutes through W. Rooney and on 27th minutes of play, Nani double United lead to 2-0. But Malaysia player did not give up and the manage to hit one goal on the 45th minutes through Amri Yahya.

It was a very interesting Match when Amri Yahya, again in the score sheet to equal the match to 2-2 on the 54th minutes.

Unfortunately, It was United new signed, Micheal Owen score for United in the 85th minutes to give United the Victory.

Overall, Congratulation to the National Team for their Fighting Sprite !! Well Done Malaysia.

Doctor or Consultant?

Well, yesterday I was not feeling well. I having bad running nose and feel headache.

So, I ended up into my University Clinic, the environment in the clinic is good, the services provided by the registration staff was overall good but what make me unsatisfied was the services provided by the DOCTOR.

Normally, we a patient visit a clinic for treatment, the doctor normally do checking on the body, at least providing some treatment to the patient, but unfortunately for me, I have a bad perception of the services provided by the Doctor.

Do you all want to know what happen ?

I was consult by a foreign "doctor" which I at first I though he is an experience doctor by looking at his age !!

But, what the doctor did was, asking me what sickness do I have, and then write in the computer system, and provide me with the medicine without any checking. What happen if I was given the wrong medicine?

I am not saying that the doctor is not good, but at least he should at First, provides checking on us before issuing the medicine. Is he a real life Doctor?

If this the case that happen in the future, I may just go to the nearest pharmacy to consult a pharmacist to get the medicine without need to consult a Doctor.

"Friendships"

How do we define the word "friendship"?

Friends is someones else who is close with us whereby he or she will be the next person after our parents that will share, listen to what we gossip about, someone who willing to help us and also someone who able to care about us.

I experience a negative perception towards "friendship" when one of my close friends, I don't to mention the name, get into a relationship with a girl. From that time onwards, I was always left alone, as before he start the relationship with the girl, both of us were always had a time to do our assignment together, do discussion, and sometimes we had dinner together as well.

But, everything is changed since he had a relationship with the girl. I hope gods will bless their relationship forever.
