During this one week break, I would like to share my life which is totally different from daily life in my University. During this week, I was not able to sleep early and I only can sleep at least after 5am, sometime it lasted till 6.30am on one day.
What happen to my normal life style? Why can't I become Normal Human Being. Izit it related to Insomnia? I think I need to consults a Doctor, especially Specialists in Psychologies. My life style is really abnormal compare to my life style in Kuala Lumpur.
During my day at Kuala Lumpur, I will usually on bed at 9.30pm and some of my friends even say that I bluff to them, because in their perception KL people is always enjoy until the early morning, but not for me anyways. Most of the time I will be staying at home, unless there was a call from friends with asked me go "Yam Cha". Maybe once or twice per weeks, but not everyday of course.
So, when the new semester start, what I means is the University Life's for Semester 1 or Semester 2 started, My Normal Life Style will become "TerBaliK". I know that is not good for my health, but what can I do? I can't sleep very early at my own room here, so I would either watching my favor TVB Drama or sometimes, I will do some readings, assignments, as well as revision for my Examination.
I really hope that starting next week, as the Mid-Break is over, I hope that I can enjoy back my Healthy Life Style such as those I do in Kuala Lumpur, if I can't sleep at early as I did in KL, at least I don't sleep at 5am or 6am.
