Yesterday I was receiving an SMS regarding to viewing my Credit Card translations via the Eon Bank Group Internet Banking. So, as I was one of the user of Internet Banking with other bank in Malaysia such as the Public Bank, Hong Long Bank and also RHB Bank, I am willing to try this new services that provided by Eon Bank.
At first, during the requesting for my first time user password, all seem running smoothly, after that I was asked to key in my new ID and my new Password. Then I was asked to key in my Credit Card Number as well as my particular information, and all of the activities seem be running smoothly, but unfortunately after that, ERROR exist and I fail to use the services provided by Eon Bank.
OMG, if a system of a services cannnot be used smoothly, why they want to promote it? I feel very disappointed with the service provided by Eon Bank. As one of the customers, I want the Best Services from them, but it seem not working. Now we had already going into the Technology Era, but I still need to refer to their Monthly Statements to know how much exactly I was spending for the previous month. I hope they will be monitoring the problem that exist as well as informing me regarding the problem that exist or else, I need to consults the nearest Eon Bank in the City of Sarawak, whereby I guess the nearest branch will be the one in BDC.
