Anyways I am going for an interview with AirAsia for the position mentioning above just after my convocation next weeks.

By logical sense, make a comparison between advantages and disadvantages for both co. But I feel that it's too early to cross over at this initial stage unless you're unhappy. Anyway, best of luck for your upcoming interview.
